Regional Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Regional Financial Analyst will provide accurate and timely financial information and analyses to local, regional, and executive leadership while supporting best practices in accounting and reporting.

In Short

• Work remotely, preferably from the Charlotte/Salisbury/Greensboro NC area.
• Fluent in Spanish, both orally and in writing.
• Review financial submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide timely financial reports and lead financial analyses projects.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analyses.
• Consult with Operations and Finance teams on financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate to standardize processes and implement best practices.
• Document local processes in both Spanish and English.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five years of experience in accounting and reporting.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican/Brazilian accounting standards is a plus.
• Prior experience with SAP BPC and Infor Visual Manufacturing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills, knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 20%.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
