• Up to 3 years of experience in SaaS FP&A or commissions-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner of financial and analytical concepts.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights is a plus.
