In Short

• Detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst role.
• Support Canadian finance operations across core accounting functions.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Lead the recording, reconciliation, and analysis of complex bank transactions.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor and analyze daily cash positions and forecast cash flow.
• Own payroll accounting processes and reconciliations.
• Manage employee expense and corporate credit card reporting process.
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
• Identify and implement process improvements in finance functions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Deep understanding of Canadian ASPE.
• Proven track record leading month-end/year-end close processes.
• Skilled in daily cash monitoring and payroll accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS invoicing models.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
