In Short

• Own the delivery of payment capabilities such as real-time rails and automated reconciliation.
• Shape product requirements and technical specifications using AI tools.
• Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Prioritise user stories based on customer needs and business goals.
• Drive discovery work around new payment features.
• Partner with designers to prototype and test payment UIs.
• Support smooth launches and feedback loops with partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years in product management or ownership in payments or fintech.
• Hands-on experience building payment systems and APIs.
• Comfort navigating regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Proficiency with AI-first tooling.
• Strong backlog and delivery discipline in agile models.
• Analytical mindset with payment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills.
