Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner will validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond, ensuring that what we build solves real user problems.

In Short

• Lead discovery of new product ideas, defining user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user interviews and market research to shape product strategy.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements.
• Partner with design and engineering to build and launch MVPs.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap based on data and impact.
• Define and monitor KPIs and product success metrics.
• Facilitate sprints and workshops for team alignment.
• Support go-to-market strategies post-launch.

Requirements

• Experience launching 0→1 digital products.
• Fluency in modern product development methodologies.
• Proven track record of converting ambiguity into testable hypotheses.
• Experience writing user stories and collaborating with design & dev.
• Familiarity with Miro, Clickup, Figma, and product analytics tools.
• Comfort in high-autonomy environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
