Product Owner - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring efficient execution of the product roadmap.

In Short

• Responsible for stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering.
• Ensure adherence to agile best practices in product development.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define sprint goals and track progress with the development team.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions.
• Attend Go/No-Go meetings for product releases.
• Draft and review release notes for client communication.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance Technology is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to track multiple initiatives.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools.
