Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for managing relationships with manufacturers and overseeing daily workflows within the Access or Affordability Support Services Division, providing strategic client management and call center oversight.

• 5-7 years in pharmacy or healthcare.
• Data entry skills with a typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Understanding of insurance processes.
• Proficiency in PC applications.
• Project management experience.
