We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Lead located in Europe or UK to be part of the Clinical Trial Payments unit in IQVIA.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for global portfolios.
• Manage client relationships at the study level.
• Oversee payment management projects.
• Ensure sponsor satisfaction is achieved.
• Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Identify process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare materials for sponsor governance meetings.
• Monitor site performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and standards.
• Act as a central contact for project communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• General knowledge of Clinical Trial Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Office tools applications, such as Excel and Power Point.
• Fluent English skills are a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.
