Overview

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental team to blend clinical expertise with leadership and governance, ensuring quality and fostering innovation for exceptional outcomes in neurodevelopmental assessments.

Requirements

  • Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist) and HCPC registration.
  • ADOS trained with extensive autism diagnostic experience.
  • Ability to uphold clinical standards and ensure high-quality client care.
  • Capacity to drive clinical governance at a service-wide level.
  • Commitment to local and national policy adherence.
  • Experience in consultation and collaboration across functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously with accountability.
  • Experience in supervising assistant psychologists.
  • Flexibility to support healthcare delivery anytime, anywhere.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and safeguarding standards.
