Overview

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental team to blend clinical expertise with leadership and governance, shaping the clinical direction and ensuring quality for neurodevelopmental assessments.

Requirements

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Therapist, Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse
  • Extensive experience in Autism and ADHD assessment
  • Ability to ensure high-quality client care
  • Experience in clinical governance and conducting audits
  • Commitment to adhering to local and national policies
  • Skills in consultation and collaboration across functions
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Direct engagement with clinicians
  • Experience in supervising assistant psychologists
  • Commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding
