Overview

The Associate Manager, Operational Effectiveness is responsible for leading and supporting Lean initiatives that improve operational performance, drive efficiency, and strengthen problem-solving capabilities across Real World Solutions (RWS).

• Support key strategic initiatives impacting RWS Global Operations.
• Identify inefficiencies in core operational processes.
• Lead and coach teams through Lean events.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on data.

• Support ongoing business processes in accordance with team scope.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Lean/LSS and process improvement.
• Fluent in English and thrives in a remote environment.

• 2-4 years’ experience in Lean/LSS.
• Highly analytical with data-driven insights.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Lean Six Sigma/Lean Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Strong curiosity and innovative mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work across geographies and cultures.
• Fluent in English.
