Overview

The Payroll Consultant is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a subject matter expert in payroll systems.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for data trends and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required.
• Experience with complex payroll environments.
