Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to support payroll operations and a potential payroll system migration. This consultant will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a smooth transition through testing, auditing, and configuration support.

• Support payroll for weekly and biweekly hourly and salaried employees
• Consult on payroll system migration, including configuration, testing, and auditing
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, including New York workers’ comp and disability
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide best-practice guidance

Requirements

• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Payroll experience with both hourly and salaried employees
• Payroll software migration experience preferred
• Expertise in federal and state payroll tax compliance
