Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies. We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel local payroll system across the United Kingdom.

In Short

• Lead clients through a structured payroll implementation journey.
• Assess current processes and configure Deel Local Payroll.
• Create comprehensive documentation for requirements and configurations.
• Design and execute data migration strategies.
• Lead side-by-side payroll comparisons to validate accuracy.
• Guide the client through their first payroll run.
• Manage client portfolio for timely, high-quality payroll implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll laws and regulations.
• Drive meaningful impact while building expertise in global work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in payroll system implementation.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll laws and compliance standards.
• Experience with various payroll systems and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
