HCM Systems Specialist - Payroll - Remote

Overview

As an HCM Systems Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, offering expert guidance on their Human Capital Management systems and technologies.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients and HCM vendors to recommend customizations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Facilitate data migration from legacy systems to new HCM platforms.
• Absorb client-facing tasks and gather demographic data.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform audits and testing of the HCM system.
• Drive projects to completion and ensure successful go-live dates.
• Provide technical support post go-live.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Working knowledge of HCM principles and practices.
• Experience in HCM Systems such as Paylocity, UKG, and/or Paycor.
• UKG Service Delivery Partner certification preferred.
• Payroll processing experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
