Overview

An HCM Systems Consultant will serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on Human Capital Management systems and technologies to help them maximize their HR technology investments.

In Short

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Partner with clients to assess HCM system needs.
Conduct independent consulting sessions and document outcomes.
Lead vendor evaluation processes and consultations.
Identify gaps in HCM capabilities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with clients for seamless data migration.
Design and configure HCM systems based on client needs.
Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live success.
Provide technical support post go-live.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Experience in payroll processing and benefits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Working knowledge of HCM principles and practices.
Experience with HCM systems like Paylocity, UKG, or Paycor.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
