Systems Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Systems Consultant who will work with customers to implement ERP software and do additional consulting and training for them, working proactively to understand our customers and build out the best possible solutions for their businesses.

In Short

• Implement ERP software for customers on time and on budget, to help them achieve their business goals.
• Deliver consulting work for current customers as they grow and expand usage of Koble’s software.
• Become an expert in Koble’s ERP product and other product offerings.
• Support upsells.
• Configure, install, and upgrade software for new and existing clients.
• Compose customer data files for imports, custom configurations, and hands-on data entry.
• Train users of the software for new sales and existing clients learning and wanting to do more in our product.
• Communicate client feedback to account managers, product owners and engineers to promote continuous customer-focused improvement.
• Work with the team to improve our implementation systems and processes to better bless our customers.
