Overview

The Employee Service Representative uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through experience and training to assist in the development, implementation, and solutions for PuzzleHR clients.

In Short

  • Create effective and informational employee communications through email and phone touchpoints.
  • Address and/or redirect new hire queries regarding different departments.
  • Complete verifications of employment, wage verifications, and other ad-hoc data entry projects.
  • Perform other duties assigned as projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all employees from our various clients.
  • Research and keep updated the given databases in order to provide accurate information to the employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and communications with internal partners via phone, email, and video conference.
  • Creation of SOPs, training, and process improvement suggestions.

Requirements

  • Able to navigate a variety of HR systems and platforms such as: payroll, benefits, applicant tracking systems, HRIS.
  • Understanding of benefits plans.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of two (2) years in related human resources experience.
  • PHR/SHRM Certification preferred, but not required.
