Overview

The Employee Services Representative II is responsible for handling escalated inquiries and transactions requiring specialized knowledge in various HR functions while providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Receive and process complex escalation calls from Tier 1 representatives.
  • Provide specialized assistance in HR areas such as compliance and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Monitor work queues and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy.
  • Cross-train on other duties as required.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude in customer interactions.
  • Develop deep expertise in assigned functional areas.
  • Work overtime during high-volume periods as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in relevant HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
  • Collaboration and team-building abilities.
  • Experience with processing data and payroll is a plus.
  • Technological literacy in navigating web browsers and office software.
  • No travel required.
