Overview

The Senior Director, Revenue Technology leads the strategy, management, and transformation of Pushpay’s core business platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently while evolving to meet future needs. This hands-on leadership role oversees key systems—including Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, and DocuSign—ensuring they scale effectively, drive business value, and provide actionable insights.

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of core business systems.
• Identify opportunities for self-service for business functions and customers.
• Develop a long-term roadmap for scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive process automation and system improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT.
• Lead a team of administrators, analysts, and technical specialists.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies.
• Ensure data integrity and effective reporting frameworks.
