Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience managing an organization of 30+ software engineers.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Technical experience with content moderation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Go.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical projects.
• A high degree of personal integrity.
