Technical Value Management Director - Remote

Overview

The Technical Value Management Director will work with our largest customers globally at CxO level to establish the quantifiable business outcomes and benefits delivered by Pure Storage Solutions.

In Short

• Lead multi-disciplined technical teams to assess customer pain points and requirements.
• Negotiate agreements with customer senior sponsors on technical scopes.
• Document current and future state architectures and business benefits.
• Collaborate with Account SEs and CX/PS organizations.
• Develop repeatable assets for customer engagements.
• Articulate the value of Pure Storage solutions to business stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven metrics.
• Build compelling value propositions for customer proposals.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Support strategic growth and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in value-based technical sales.
• Proven track record of working at CxO level.
• Expertise in consulting-led client engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
• Knowledge of application environments, cloud, and database technologies.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, especially sales engineers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Familiarity with ROI analysis tools is a plus.
