Technical Value Management Director - Remote

Overview

The Technical Value Management Director will work with our largest customers globally at CxO level to establish the quantifiable business outcomes and benefits delivered by Pure Storage Solutions.

In Short

• Lead multi-disciplined technical teams to assess customer pain points and requirements.
• Gain agreement at CTO level on proposed solutions and benefits.
• Articulate how solutions will be delivered and when benefits will be realized.
• Develop repeatable assets illustrating current and future state architectures.
• Work closely with Account SEs and CX/PS teams to align technical value with customer objectives.
• Document current state pain points and future state benefits clearly.
• Build compelling value propositions that highlight measurable benefits.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven metrics to support customer decision-making.
• Ensure customers recognize the transformative benefits of partnering with Pure Storage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in value-based technical sales.
• Proven track record of working at CxO level.
• Expertise in consulting-led client engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
• Knowledge of application environments, database management, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into business value propositions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Familiarity with tools for ROI analysis is a plus.
