Pula is an insuretech firm that provides agriculture insurance design and execution services, specializing in index-based insurance. We aim to support smallholder farmers in adapting to climate change through innovative insurance solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in partnerships and business development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in climate and disaster risk finance is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
