Facilities Specialist II - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Facilities Specialist, you will be the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships to ensure execution of departmental processes and strategies.

In Short

• Conduct weekly vendor calls to discuss updates and compliance.
• Execute vendor management strategies for National Repair and Maintenance programs.
• On-board and train contractors on CMMS software and SOPs.
• Evaluate vendor performance and effectiveness.
• Manage and assist in resolution of escalations.
• Collaborate with different teams to address escalations.
• Coordinate work with vendors across multiple trades.
• Own resolution of permits and violations involving AHJ.
• Proactively communicate schedules and exceptions to stakeholders.
• Assist with acquisition due-diligence and post-acquisition implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand service program oversight.
• Experience managing relationships with external service providers.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules.
• Capacity to analyze data for performance tracking.
• Adaptable to handle unexpected challenges.
