Facilities Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of all Credit Union facilities, performing custodial, courier, and clerical duties.

In Short

• Maintain cleanliness of credit union facilities both inside and outside.
• Perform various facilities duties including replacing light bulbs and moving furniture.
• Monitor building conditions for safety and cleanliness.
• Set up rooms for meetings and events.
• Support office supply management and ordering.
• Assist in managing records retention and destruction.
• Act as a courier for maintenance tasks and mail transport.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in varying conditions (noise, heat, dust).
• Ability to lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
• Strong service orientation aligned with credit union values.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
