Senior MEP Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Consultant to lead and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and shop drawing development for various architectural and interior design projects.

In Short

• Lead and manage MEP design development from concept through to IFC/shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and local regulations.
• Provide input on material selection and sustainability strategies.
• Participate in project meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed MEP reports and load calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in MEP design and coordination.
• Strong portfolio of projects within the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep understanding of local authority regulations and technical standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant calculation software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote consultancy setup.
