Overview

As Milestone One continues its global expansion, we are seeking a Manager Business Development to join our international team. This newly created position is key to strengthening MO1’s worldwide operations.

In Short

• Lead and manage business development initiatives in your region.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute market expansion strategies.
• Represent Milestone One at international meetings and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
• Support cross-regional continuity with other managers.
• Mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor KPIs and address growth barriers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development.
• Experience in Site Management Organization (SMO) is an advantage.
• Proven track record in building networks and driving growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and project execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
• Collaborative and results-driven.
• Experience in an international environment.
