  • Looking for a Business Development Manager focused on AI solutions.
  • Turn cold leads into active clients through follow-up techniques.
  • Leverage an existing executive network to open doors and close deals.
  • Contribute to improving company strategy based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
  • Manage outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.
  • Experience with lead generation and sales in the IT industry is necessary.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs and related technologies is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and sales.
  • At least 3 years in B2B2C sales within the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Odoo, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Strong skills in crafting effective communication sequences.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
