Vice President, Head of Corporate Tax - Remote

Overview

The Vice President and Head of Corporate Tax will lead the corporate and product tax functions, ensuring compliance with all federal and state tax laws while optimizing tax strategies to minimize liability, maximize after-tax profits, and ensure proper tax reporting to Protective’s customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a state-registered CPA.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in corporate tax.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws relevant to insurance businesses.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
