In Short

• Provide daily support and backup coverage for the Workflow & Delivery Coordinator.
• Act as a backup for Premium Administration by monitoring bank accounts and reconciling transactions.
• Monitor ACH returns and NOC activity in SAP.
• Assist with lower complexity updates and general inquiries.
• Support analysts by generating manual and specialized reports.
• Perform quality control checks on contractual tasks.
• Contribute to team productivity by supporting additional tasks.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Writer.
• Familiarity with workflow tools and financial services processes is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience.
• 1+ year of experience with BOLI/COLI products preferred.
• Successful completion of FINRA fingerprinting required.
