Overview

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for cultivating, working, and executing on a sales pipeline, bringing new business to Protective in the Central US market.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Travel 50-75% of the time by air or car.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of business-to-business sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Dealership F&I experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
