Overview

The Senior Associate – Marketing Automation is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Protective’s campaign journeys designed to build awareness, generate leads and drive sales for Protective.

• Develop and execute complex automated campaigns in Eloqua and other platforms.
• Incorporate targeting, personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Optimize email performance through A/B testing.
• Ensure error-free campaign implementation with consistent QC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the financial services industry.
• Expert in Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven recommendations.
• Able to independently identify opportunities and implement initiatives.
