• Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Own newsletter campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling messaging.
• Define lifecycle stages and lead status.
• Track and optimize calling efforts.
• Contribute to lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns.
• Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Map customer journeys in Miro.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in HubSpot.
• Experience with email, SMS, and automation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to create and maintain performance dashboards.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bonus: Experience managing AI bots or phone call campaigns.
