In Short

• Own initiatives from ideation through implementation to drive customer loyalty.
• Execute multi-channel retention marketing programs across email, SMS, and more.
• Manage campaigns from idea to launch, including planning and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Dive into performance data to uncover insights and continuously refine campaigns.
• Adapt responsibilities as the role evolves, taking initiative and exploring new ideas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns using ESPs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Collaborative attitude with effective communication across teams.
