At Backcountry, our mission is to connect people to their passions through our online stores. We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Associate, Retention, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

In Short

• Blend strategy and execution for retention marketing initiatives.
• Execute multi-channel retention marketing programs across email, SMS, and more.
• Manage campaigns from ideation to launch, including calendar planning and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Dive into performance data to uncover insights and optimize campaigns.
• Continuously refine campaigns through testing and personalization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in retention or email marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns using ESPs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• A collaborative attitude with effective communication skills.
