Overview

The BOLI/COLI New Business Case Manager role involves managing relationships with large partner offices and assisting in financing employee retirement benefits, contributing to the protection of customers against life’s uncertainties.

In Short

  • Manage the entire new business process for assigned relationships.
  • Correspond daily with wholesalers, TPA, and broker offices.
  • Ensure compliance with state variations and documentation requirements.
  • Verify agent licensing and coordinate with the Licensing team.
  • Validate pricing by collaborating with the pricing actuary.
  • Coordinate with the Illustration team for final illustrations.
  • Review census data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process underwritten business and communicate with agencies.
  • Proactively resolve inquiries with quality and accuracy.
  • Assemble policies for delivery and manage follow-up requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in insurance, finance, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems effectively.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to change.
