Overview

As the Grouper Applications and Medical Necessity Business Manager at Solventum, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs for the GAMN business, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient business processes.

In Short

• Manage programs for the GAMN business and Federal market.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and financials.
• Conduct business analysis and contract negotiations.
• Support RFPs/RFIs with payers and providers.
• Track data points and facilitate meetings.
• Responsible for business partner strategy and reports.
• Conduct quarterly and annual revenue forecasting.
• Work with compliance and finance teams.
• Lead business operation projects.
• Ensure team operations meet established goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare software industry experience.
• 2+ years in business operations and management.
• Experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and projects.
• Preferred experience in software application development.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
