Sentara Urgent Care Harbour View is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator-Team Lead to oversee clinical operations and support the management team in Suffolk, VA.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • 2 years of patient care experience.
  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • 1 year of medical office experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in managing clinical operations.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing needs.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
