Requirements

• 1+ years of commission sales experience.
• 1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Airtable).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Emphasis on constant self-improvement.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission.
• On target annual earnings of $50,000+.
