Overview

The Customer Success position at Property Leads is responsible for identifying, managing, and assessing customer concerns and questions. The successful candidate will be a customer-centric individual who can clearly and professionally communicate with clients, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints promptly.

In Short

  • Identify and manage customer concerns promptly.
  • Handle multiple email inboxes and redirect inquiries.
  • Reply to customers via email and text in our CRM.
  • Understand clients’ journeys as lead buyers.
  • Follow company policies in customer support inquiries.
  • Work closely with refund team to resolve disputes.
  • Update clients’ accounts as necessary.
  • Professionally handle conflict.
  • Keep track of all customer requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience.
  • Track record of increasing brand likeness.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-sufficient time management.
  • Well-organized and advanced time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus.
