The Technical Operations Specialist – LATAM will support billing, compliance, and technical operations in a dynamic environment, ensuring systems run smoothly and compliance standards are met.

• Provide billing support and resolve payment-related inquiries.
• Partner with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure accurate reporting.
• Act as the first line of support for affiliates, clients, and internal teams.

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, real estate, or lead generation is a bonus.
