Requirements

  • GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials.
  • General computer and email proficiency, especially with Google Suite.
  • A distraction-free work environment.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently.
  • Must possess current US work authorization.
  • Willingness to implement feedback for improvement.
  • Resilience and persuasive communication skills.
  • Curiosity about local businesses and their needs.

  • First year earnings range from $50k-$65k annually.
  • Year 2 on target earnings is $70k with top performers averaging $112k.
  • Starting base salary of $37k plus uncapped commission.
