In Short

  • Manage and grow customer relationships in the DACH region.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Engineers.
  • Focus on contract renewals and expanding product usage.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer retention.
  • Drive growth and customer retention goals.
  • Build strong relationships with hardware and software customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Remote position with preferred residence in Germany, UK, Netherlands, or Poland.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management or technical sales.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to clearly explain product value and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience with customer retention and upselling.
  • Experience working with partners/dealers is a plus.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UAVs and visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Drone pilot license is a plus.
