In Short

• This is a brand new role supporting Propeller’s 80+ Philippines-based employees.
• You’ll report to the Senior People & Talent Manager in Sydney.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Use data to drive decisions and influence improvements.
• Manage employee contracts and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance management processes.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety.
• Provide guidance on handling challenging employee situations.
• Collaborate with the global People team on HR policies.
• Champion DEI initiatives throughout the employee journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an internal HRBP or People Partner role.
• Advanced knowledge of PH labor laws.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in English.
• Experience working as part of a global team.
• Solid background in performance management and employee relations.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on win-win solutions.
• Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A people person, not a people pleaser.
