With over 50,000 worksites worldwide using Propeller’s smart survey technology, we empower project teams to map, measure, and manage site activity.

In Short

  • This fully remote role can be based out of the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, or Poland, requiring German fluency.
  • Your mission is to grow and retain accounts in and around the DACH region.
  • Work closely with customer success engineers and sales to help renew existing customers.
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners (dealers).
  • Identify and implement scalable processes for customer renewals.
  • Proactively grow the value of 150+ accounts, focusing on Germany.
  • Drive renewal sales & expansions and prevent churn.
  • Negotiate customer contract terms with dealers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of customer types.
  • Manage low ARR churn across your portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in B2B account management or tech sales.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and preventing churn.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience working with channel partners is a bonus.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of UAVs and visualization platforms is a bonus.
  • Remote pilot license is a bonus.
