In Short

• Drive key projects and initiatives alongside the Leadership team.
• Coordinate and communicate with multiple departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Utilize data to drive strategic initiatives.
• Review projects and work of Operations Associates and Analysts.
• Develop and implement scalable processes.
• Present solutions to process disruptions.
• Gain understanding of automated and manual processes.
• Research and define bottlenecks within company processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years experience in Operations Roles or adjacent roles.
• Degree in a relatable STEM or Business field.
• Seasoned Project Management Skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs, and Project Management Software.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with frequent context-shifting.
