Overview

The Payroll and Benefits Analyst I role at Promethean is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of US payroll processing and day-to-day benefit administration in compliance with all laws and regulations.

In Short

• Manage accurate and timely processing of US payroll transactions.
• Verify payroll input data and supporting documentation.
• Assist with tax agency and regulator issues.
• Respond to payroll and benefit inquiries from employees.
• Maintain process documentation for payroll processes and controls.
• Support annual reporting and financial audits.
• Coordinate administration of US employee benefits.
• Participate in annual 401k audit.
• Administer leave of absence program.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for data flow.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Good understanding of payroll processing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in payroll processing and balancing.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Self-starter with adaptability to change.
• Strong communication skills.
