In Short

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices and credits in multiple currencies.
• Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Perform GRNI reconciliations/reviews.
• Audit employee expense submissions.
• Prepare weekly payment runs for multiple entities.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries.
• Post cash transactions from bank statements onto customer accounts.
• Assist with external audit processes as needed.
• Provide coverage for the Global Accounts Payable Manager when necessary.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the AP Manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize own workload.
