Our client is a construction SaaS startup providing data analytics to construction teams, helping them manage job sites more effectively. They work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. As a fast-paced, Series B company, our client is scaling operations and looking for a Sales Data Operations Specialist to help grow alongside them.

In Short

• Manage data operations that support Sales and SDR teams.
• Handle large data sets, automate processes, and ensure data integrity.
• Provide critical analysis and reporting.
• Use data scraping tools to source market information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven strategies.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
• Design and implement automated processes.
• Develop reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Work remotely, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
• Proactive problem-solving approach is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with data platforms like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven experience with data integrity and reporting functionalities.
• Comfortable working with large data sets.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
